Vice President, Payment Solution

LOCATION: Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Project Management and Quality Assurance: 
    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization.
    • Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards, leading the QA team (TCoE) to ensure the highest quality deliverables.
  • Business and System Analysis: 
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, UIUX designs, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, aligning them with business objectives.
  • System Implementation and Testing: 
    • Plan, execute, and monitor system implementation activities to ensure successful deployment.
    • Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, collaborating with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
  • Change Request Management: 
    • Evaluate, prioritize, and implement change requests efficiently, streamlining processes to optimize resource utilization and minimize disruptions.
  • Process Improvement: 
    • Develop and implement innovative processes and procedures to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management: 
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
    • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive innovation.
  • Team Leadership and Development: 
    • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and career development.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience managing digital transformation initiatives and IT projects in a complex environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Solid understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, with experience establishing and managing testing processes.
  • Experience with business and functional analysis, system implementation, UI/UX design, and change management.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, and experience managing a Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are desirable.
