Senior Associate / Associate – SME Lending Sales
LOCATION: GHL – Bandar Sri Damansara
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in market understanding through market research, analysis of Company merchant profile and competitive landscapes.
- Responsible, promote and launch new SME lending or loan products to existing merchant base, as well as closely monitor and analyse the SME loan portfolios.
- Work closely with other HODs to operationalize out SME lending or loan products.
- Responsible for the processing of the loan application and submission for approval.
- Closely follow-up on the acceptance until disbursement of the loan.
- To ensure sales leads are tracked and closely follow-up till sales closure.
- To ensure individual targets are met on a monthly basis.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
- Candidate must possess with a minimum one (1) year of working experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy and proven experience in customer relationship management.
- Candidate must have knowledge of market research and relevant product and industry knowledge.
- Candidate with experience in SME lending or loan business unit start-up would be an added advantage.
- Candidate must display with an appropriate sales and convincing skills, as well as strong business development and leadership skills.
- Must demonstrate an ability to be comfortable in a fluid environment, self-direct, work flexibly and be creative.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and Bahasa Malaysia and preferable candidate who is fluent in Mandarin as required to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient knowledge in MS office applications.
- Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.
- Working location: Kepong Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
Education Requirements:
- Candidate must possess with a minimum of Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business Studies or Management or Marketing or any other equivalent qualifications.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
