Personal Driver

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to drive the company's Executive Vice Chairman to and from residence to office, and for appointments, meetings, events and any other occasion; and run errands for the Executive Vice Chairman and his family members.
Work closely with the personal assistant and always keep track of the Executive Vice Chairman and his family members’ daily working and activity schedules.
To ensure all the vehicles are clean, tidy and well-maintained at all times.
Plan and manage travel routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing safety at all times.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with the Executive Vice Chairman and other stakeholders.
Perform regular vehicle inspections and service, report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to meets all safety requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and addressing the Executive Vice Chairman’s needs during travel.
Must be able to perform other duties or ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the Executive Vice Chairman, his family members and the personal assistant.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess a minimum of three (3) years of working experience as personal driver for corporate company’s senior management staff.
Candidate must possess a valid driving license with clean and excellent driving record.
Candidate must possess with a good driving skills and familiar with all routes especially in Klang Valley.
Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time management, practice punctuality and alertness at all times.
Non-smoker only, physically fit and good eyesight
Pleasant and good personality, responsible, reliable and well grooming.
Must be able to work long hours, or standby during weekends and public holidays when is required.
Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
Preferably able to start immediately.
Working location: Klang Valley and Selangor area.

Education Requirements:

Candidate must possess a minimum SPM or above level or any other equivalent qualification.
