Manager - Channel Partner

Job Responsibilities:

In charge of Independent Software Vendors (ISV) partners which includes Retail Point-of-Sale, Self Service Kiosk and Software Solution Provider.
Driving Company’s payment services adoption with partners.
Build and manage the relationship with the partners in maximizing opportunities to build and accelerate partner’s business and revenue via Company’s payment services.
Create and execute action plans with partners to engage in sales and business development efforts.
Act as a Project Manager or owner to ensure the entire project integration process complete and go live within timelines.
Liaison with internal IT department for software and system integration.
Provide support and assistance on any other ad-hoc assignment as and when is assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess with a minimum of three (3) years of related working experience in the payment industry or a minimum of five (5) years of working experience as a channel partner or a similar position will be an added advantage.
Experience in system or software integration, preferable with IT and business development experience.
Street smart with good interpersonal and rapport building skills.
Self-driven motivation, passionate, high level of initiative and high execution.
A team player who enjoys working in an energetic, fast pace environment.
Strong problem-solving ability and excellent business partner handling, good communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and Bahasa Malaysia and preferable candidate who is fluent in Mandarin as required to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.
Working location: Kepong Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

Education Requirements:

Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Management or Marketing or Information Technology or Computer Science or any other equivalent qualifications.
