Job Responsibilities: 
  • To input data into Terminal Management Systems.
  • To download software to the terminals based on functionality requested by the Terminal Management Unit / team and bank.
  • To perform Smart RKI and Proxy download onto terminal.
  • To rectify what are the issue encounter in EDC Personalisation (Perso) and Quality Control (QA).
  • To perform QA testing on the terminal with all the functionality.
  • To prepare a report on what are the improvement needed and the process flow of EDC Personalization (Perso) and Quality Control (QA).
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess with a minimum one (1) year of working experience as a backend operation, quality control or similar position.
  • Knowledge of terminal or any payment devices deployment or management will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy and technical knowledge. 
  • Good time management skills, detail oriented and able to prioritise works.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to multi-task, work independently with minimal supervision and work beyond regular working hours if required in meeting timelines and objectives.
  • Good working attitude, self-discipline, wiling to learn and a team player.
  • Minimum six (6) months contract position is available and conversion as permanent position subject to individual performance and suitability of the position.
  • Working location: Kepong Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

Education Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess with a minimum of SPM or above level in any discipline or any other equivalent qualifications.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
