FAQs

Each participating petrol station must possess an e-pay terminal before September 2022.

The campaign will begin on 1 December 2022 and end on 31 January 2023.

You can always refer to OGL Lite (e-pay merchant portal) for a quick view. For further assistance, you may contact e-pay’s Customer Care at 03-5623 6000, available from Monday to Friday at 9am to 5.30pm, or Saturday at 9am to 1pm.

We will compare your mobile reload sales in Dec 2022 - Jan 2023 to Sept 2022 - Oct 2022 in each tier. The station with the Highest Sales (mobile reload sales only) Growth will be the winner. Judges’ decision is final.

Each petrol station can only win ONE prize.

We will notify the winning service stations via email once the campaign has ended. The runner up prizes will be credited as e-pay credits in the terminal, in Feb 2023.

Terms & Conditions

  1. This campaign is open to all petrol stations with e-pay terminals only. Participating petrol stations are BHP, Buraqoil, Caltex, FIVE, Petronas, Petron, Petros and Shell.
  2. Mobile reload sales refers to selected mobile reload products by e-pay (Celcom, Digi, Hotlink, Tune Talk, U Mobile, Unifi Reload, One XOX, YES, redONE prepaid and Merchantrade). Other e-pay products like online game reloads, e-wallet reloads and Touch ‘n Go reloads are excluded from this campaign.
  3. e-pay reserves the right to amend, extend, or end this campaign at any time, with or without prior notice.
  4. e-pay will select the winner based on e-pay sales record. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

  1. The campaign is valid from 0:00:00 AM 1 December 2022 until 23:59:59 PM on 15 February 2023.
  2. The campaign is open to all customers who spend RM10 and above on selected mobile reload products by e-pay (Celcom, Digi, Hotlink, Tune Talk, U Mobile, One XOX, YES and Merchantrade) at participating petrol stations. Other e-pay products like online game reloads, e-wallet reloads and Touch ‘n Go reloads are excluded.
  3. Participating petrol stations are BHP, Buraqoil, Caltex, FIVE, Petronas, Petron, Petros and Shell.
  4. The lucky winners will be selected at random and will receive the free RM5 Pin on the spot.
  5. e-pay reserves the absolute right to amend, extend, or end the Campaign Period if deemed necessary with or without any notice.
