You’ll need to provide us with the following documents​ – Business Registration Certificate/Document, copy of director’s/business owner’s Identity Card, image of business signboard, and the first page of your bank statement.
Our sales representatives will process your application accordingly. Do follow up closely for the application status.

Application process is: 5-7 working days in Metro Manila, 7-14 working days in key cities and provinces. 14-20 working days outside key cities and provinces.
